After the first part of this article, I felt it was incomplete without talking about what happens when we start using the PPT.
If we start using the PPT, there should be straight forward and upright marking. There should also be an opportunity the doubting students to call for their scripts.

Also, we need to open our eyes to the fact that JAMB has outlived its existence. This is obvious in the sense that tertiary institution have set aside their own examination. The Post-UTME.
The Post-UTME is just to check the ills of JAMB. There was a student years back who had 201 as her JAMB score and after writing her Post-UTME in the Premier University was the second best student in the Law department among those who sat for the exam. That is well above 300. It is now glaring that JAMB is being unfair.

There is a Yoruba adage that says that "If we verbally assault the wife, we should out of impartiality rebuke the husband too". If JAMB decides to cruel to students, I think the tertiary institution too should be considerate. After the Post-UTME, admission to the schools turns into survival of the "most connected". While those with high marks sit at home, those who are "connected" but with low marks gain admission. For example, a student in the immediate past year, had 262 in UTME and proceeded a tertiary institution for their Post-UTME and had 276. After eight months, he hasn't been offered admission yet! But on the other hand, a "well-connected" had 217 in her post-utme of that same school and applied for same course but the latter has been offered admission to study another high-class course!

Imagine the student with high mark last year writing another UTME this year and being treated the way JAMB did to all students.
We need divine and governmental intervention in this matter before it gets out of hands. Without a good educational structure, I can see the that the future of Nigeria is bleak.
